“I want Draymond Green to be here forever.” — Joe Lacob

Many left him for dead months ago, but the game of Draymond Green has resurrected.

Draymond Green went on a strict diet and started ramping up workouts on off days after the All-Star break.

April is over. The #SFGIants are 12-18 after Tuesday night's big loss to the #dodgers. Question for May is how long the new front office will stay with the status quo as this rebuild moves along. sfchronicle.com/giants/article…

WARRIORS:

CNAT THEY GIVE WARNINGS? ITS TH PLAYOFFS OR DO AWAY WITH THE 7 TECH RULE

Anthony Slater (@anthonyVslater)
Draymond Green's technical last night was rescinded, I'm told. So he's back at three for the playoffs, four away from a suspension.

Connor Letourneau (@Con_Chron)
Nene and Green get into it, need to be separated. Get the double tech. Draymond now up to 4 techs on the postseason. Gets a one-game suspension once he reaches 7.

ITS ABOUT HOOPS AGAIN

KNBR (@KNBR)
"It was kind of disheartening, for a game that I love since I was a child, to see the talk over the last two days was nothing about basketball and everything about foul calls.

-Draymond Green pic.twitter.com/pR2u2nVjPw

HOUSTON IS APPROACHING THIS SEREIS ALL WRONG --THEYRE IN THEIR OWN HEADS:

warriorsworld (@warriorsworld)
“We believe there was unauthorized lighting used in the arena to further harm James. We’ve asked League Security to confiscate surveillance footage from the control room at Oracle.”

-Houston Front Office Member on WZUP Radio in Houston

Bill Simmons (@BillSimmons)
Houston lost Game 2 when they spent 36 straight hours bitching about Game 1. Take the L and move on. All that did was fire GSW up. Harden missed the biggest 3 of Game 1 and CP missed the biggest 3 of Game 2. Stop talking, stop making excuses, play better. You’re a 0-Time champ.

-DONT TURN IT OVER IN HOSUTON ---

-D HAS THEM FIGIRED OUT---THEYRE WORRIED ABOUT OTHER THINGS, PAUL ISNT PAUL , TUCKER HASNT BEEN TUCKER, CAPELA WAS BETTER---BUT THIS TEAM ISNT AS GOOD OR AS FOCUSED AND HARDEN GENERNALLY GETS WORSE AS A SERIES GOES ON

-REFS NOT AN ISSUE -- NOT SURE I GIVE IT TO FOSTER AND CREW AS MUCH AS I GIVE IT TO THE TEAMS WHO IM SURE HA D A TALKING TO -- LEAST CRYING EVER WITH THESE TEWO TEAMS --EVEN DRAYMOND WAS COOL

''Tonight I think it was a great officiated game,'' Golden State's Draymond Green said. ''They let us be physical, both teams, and they made the calls they needed to make. It was kind of disheartening for a game that I love since I was a child to see the talk over the last two days was nothing about basketball and everything about foul calls. Is that what this game is coming to?''

-TECH RECINDED: WHAT HAPPENED TO WARNINGS?

-HARDEN FOULED ON A THREE CLEARLY LATE IN 3RD---PAUL MOCKED OFFICIALS ON IT --OTHER THAN THAT CLEAN CLOSE OUTS

-HARDEN'S EYE INJURY WAS AN ISSUE --BUT THEY WERE BETTER WITHOUT HIM

Harden injured his eyes with 6:39 left in the first, grabbing at his face after he and Green fought for a loose rebound and Green's left hand got Harden in the face.
When Harden went to the locker room with 6:27 left and a towel over his left eye for a cut, Green patted him on the back and checked to make sure he was OK. Harden returned at the 7:09 mark of the second.

-TAKING AWAY KEY PLAYS: MOST CORNER 3'S, LITTLE LOB PRECENCE....

-DURANT CARRYING OFFENSE (SURE U DONT WANT TO STAY?) WITH HELP FROM KLAY, CURRY AND IGGY (GOT OFF TO GREAT START)

-ROCKETS TURN TO TURN THE BALL OVER
Rockets: Houston committed nine first-quarter turnovers leading to 14 Warriors points while shooting 7 for 19.

-WARRIORS ALWAYS WIN ONE ON ROAD

-LOVE DRAYMOND BUT MARCUS' PIECE ON HIM DEDICATING TO LOSE WEIGHT AFTER ALL STAR BREAK? WTF? HOW BOUT BEDFORE THE SEASON? LACOB WNATS TO PAY HIM WHATEVER---PROMISE TO BE IN SHAPE EARLIER --IT WONT BE AS EASY W OUT DURANT....

Houston shot 17 for 40 on 3s in Game 2.

Warriors: The Warriors committed just 12 turnovers after it became a big focus after getting 20 in Game 1. .

KLAY/CURRY 14-34 / 6-22 / 41 PTS

Here’s a stat about the Giants offensive struggles that will melt your brain

Janie McCauley (@JanieMcCAP)
Catcher Stephen Vogt just told he’s being called up by the Giants on Wednesday. Morning flight from Albuquerque. “I feel super emotional and proud to be going back. A long year and a lot of hard work.” Had right shoulder surgery last May 17 so back in majors less than year later.
