Storylines:
-THE WEEKEND

-GETTING THE 3 BALL BACK ON TRACK
-WOLVES PLAYING WELL

TWOLVES SINCE BREAK:

At 26-37, they currently occupy the 11th seed in the conference, 2.5 games back of Denver in eighth. They’ve been one of the best teams in the entire league since returning from the All-Star break, however, as they lead the NBA in multiple team stat categories over that span, including defensive rating, net rating and rebounding percentage. They’re led by young phenom Karl Anthony-Towns, who’s recorded at least 20 points and 14 rebounds in each of their last seven games. Out of all the teams vying for that final seed in the West, Minnesota is the only one without a negative point differential on the season, so it’s possible Friday’s contest could be a potential first round playoff preview.

Minnesota has held its past four opponents — Sacramento, Utah, San Antonio and Los Angeles — under 100 points.

pace: Warriors #1 102.81 minnesota 25th 97.0

-Livingston will sit tonight

-warriors 5.5

Curry since Durant went down: Curry is shooting just 17-of-67, or 25 percent, from three-point range -Missed 39 of last 36 wide open 3's
As a team 59-197 29.9% from 3 over last 6 - curry and thompson combined 32-128 25.4% over that span

NUMBERS:

BEATING THEMSELVES: 8 TO'S IN THE 4TH VS. BOSTON WEDNESDAY NIGHT -when the Warriors take care of the ball, they’re awfully tough to beat. So far this season, they’ve committed an average of 14.2 turnovers per game in their 52 victories, but that number jumps up to 17.1 turnovers in their 12 defeats
