Where things stand with #49ers WR Brandon Aiyuk, per verified reports:
*49ers have given Aiyuk permission to negotiate a new contract with specific teams, per @AdamSchefter.
*Browns and Patriots have agreed to trade deals with the 49ers, per @MaioccoNBCS. Cleveland would send Amari Cooper, and New England would send Kendrick Bourne. Draft picks are also likely involved.
*It is unclear if the Patriots and Browns have an extension agreement with Aiyuk and it's also unclear if he is interested in joining either team.
*The Commanders and Steelers have also been involved, but it does not seem like they were able to get a trade package done that would satisfy San Francisco.
*THE ONE TO REMEMBER —- COULD THIS BE ABOUT THE 49ERS—- FINDING THE MARKET—- GO FIND A BETTER DEAL AND WE’LL MATCH OR WONT?
