Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry will miss at least three more games, after an MRI showed inflammation on his tailbone, head coach Steve Kerr said Tuesday. "This is going to be a little bit longer than we thought and hoped," Kerr said, adding Curry will be reevaluated in a week.
Curry suffered a tailbone contusion Wednesday against the Rockets. He had already been ruled out for Tuesday night's home game against the 76ers. The Warriors will not have Curry available at the Kings on Thursday, or at home against the Hawks on Friday and the Bulls on Monday. They'll have two days off before a three-game road trip starting April 1 at Miami.
Kerr also said he expects rookie James Wiseman to be the team's starting center for the rest of the season, beginning Tuesday against Philadelphia.
"James has come along really well. He's picked up a lot of the concepts," Kerr said. "... He needs to be out there."
Wiseman, who turns 20 on March 31, is averaging 11.8 points and six rebounds in 29 games (17 starts) since being drafted second overall. He opened the season with 16 consecutive starts before moving to a reserve role in late January.
Players to keep an eye on include Kyle Lowry, Andre Drummond, Harrison Barnes, Victor Oladipo, Aaron Gordon and more. But even though the market is a bit unusual, that doesn’t mean moves won’t be made, or at the very least, discussed. And those talks are certain to heat up in the coming days as teams determine where they fit in the league’s overall landscape.

San Francisco 49ers: Danny Amendola, WR
He’s 35 but still showed some juice last year as a slot receiver, catching 46 balls for 602 yards with the Lions. Amendola ranked 26th among 78 qualifying wide receivers in yards per route run. He could be a nice option for a contending team like the 49ers that’s looking for a slot option on a one-year deal.
